How to Rent
Step 1:
View all the properties that are of interest to you from the street only.
Step 2:
Contact us to make an appointment to inspect the interior of properties.
Step 3:
Complete an application form for each adult who intends to reside in the property.
Step 4:
Once your application has been lodged, we will endeavour to respond to you with a decision within 24 hours.
References are important - these can be provided by a previous landlord, employer or a person who knows your character.
Unfortunately we cannot rent any properties sight unseen before you arrive in Arrowtown. As you are required to sign a Tenancy Agreement which is a legal contract, you must see what you are signing for.
Securing a rental property is not on a "first come, first served" basis. You must apply for each property by completing a written Application Form.
Rental Costs
Once your application is accepted, you will be required to pay the following costs before moving in to the property.
